My very first unfinished house music track

I played around a little bit, im lacking basstrack but im not quite sure what to put in, i've never done this before.
I tried finding balance between the sounds in the song, lowering some others keeping the same to shift the focus, if that makes sense. I really like the bongos, but they might seem to be a bit too repetetive.
I have also managed to find some old house acapellas and plugging them in sounds pretty good but they're not in this track.
If anyone has any suggestion I would appreciate it.

I appear to have fun doing this, how do i educate myself further, or is there no type like educating but rather you teaching yourself this, i suppose there are no books for this kind of stuff, or is there? Something tanginable .
