How do i make notes slide into each other ?

Questions about producing? Ask them here.
So im super new with LMMS and i have been messing around with it all day long, managed to make some stuff, but my main concern rn is how i could make notes slide into each other to make them feel more "natural" if that makes sense, and get rid of that weird cutoff in-between note switches that makes everything feel much more cheap in some way. So how could i do that?192.168.0.1 routerlogin 192.168.l.l
You want slide / portamento!
For most instruments: you can set a high sustain value in the volume envelope, place a long note, and then you can use pitch bend:

click the note

It opens a separate window. This will let you edit pitch bend.
This option works per note.
For finer faster detuning, you want to change the Q value:

For some instruments, you may need to carefully automate the pitch knob on the instrument window after changing range because their pitch bend doesn't work. For ZynAddSubFX, you can push the portamento dial to full.

Here is an explanatory video by musikbear on pitch bending.

Welcome to the lmms forums yerkopil8.
Your topic has been moved to production help. :D
I've been tinkering with LMMS for a while now, mostly for fun and a bit of music production on the side. It's been a journey trying to find the right plugins that fit my style, you know? One thing that's been super handy is this site I found - https://notesonline.com/. They've got this neat collection of resources that have really helped me fine-tune my tracks.

I saw some of you chatting about mastering and EQ plugins—those are game-changers, right? I've been experimenting a lot with EQ lately to get that crisp sound, but mastering is still a bit of a mystery.

If you want to ask the community for plugin-recommendations, you need to tell us what style/ genre you like.
A plugin that can be used always is Synth1

Besides that, since you are new in Forum

Hi! I like Synth1 very much. It is easy to make new sounds and save them as presets. It works fine with LMMS, but until recently I was not attempting to automate Synth1 controls on LMMS. I came across some comment, which I can't find now, which says it is possible to automate Synth1. I tried it, but it seems it is not possible to automate, because if a plugin control can be automated, all I need to do is open the GUI from LMMS, ctrl-LMB on a control knob and drag the resulting popup over to an automation track. For example, try this with the triple oscillator and see how simple it is to do what I just described. Now try it with Synth1. It opens a slider which can't be dropped into an automation track.

If someone can automate Synth1, please indicate what LMMS version and the exact method you use to automate. If it's not possible, suppose Synth1 is able to be automated with another DAW. In that case, has anyone contacted Synth1 and asked them to make automation possible using LMMS?

BTW in case it matters I am still using 1.2.2 because I've been waiting for the official stable new version.
