Recreate musical instruments with precision

Hello community, I have been using LMMS to compose my songs for a year now and I have liked its performance, since it is very useful for composing songs of the electronic and rock genre, which are my favorites. Unfortunately, I have not been able to accurately recreate musical instruments like the piano with some of the VSTs, as the sound was very robotic and did not sound natural, which is not very favorable for a song with a sentimental tone.

I have tried to use the SoundFont, but the result is not the best and I cannot customize it, such as giving it an echo effect. I would like to know which is the preferred VSTs for this task, or some way to recreate it with LMMS.

I'm very new to LMMS and I'm not very good at composing sentimental music like jazz, as my songs tend to have a retro and electronic tone. So some suggestions would be appreciated.

You can find a LOT of piano VST2, some of them are sampled and they are HUGE witch means that a lot of RAM is needed. The goto piano for me is the very simple MDA-Piano https://plugins4free.com/plugin/201/
It is free, and very small in size as well as resource usage. Further its a quite good piano-instrument, that can be compared to FLs-Keys, but many more can be found, also free ones.

Oh thanks, I think this is a good VST and I'm going to check out some others to decide which one is the best. Regarding VSTs with samples, it is true that they are very heavy and do not work on my low-resource laptop, which has already happened to me with other DAWs like FL Studio, even without any external VST.

Yamaha Pianos are my favorites, are warm and sounds good, the Watsyn, 3xosc and ZynAddSubFX pianos are best fit for dance music.
