i have a .exe file instead of a .dll file

i downloaded a piano vst called dexed. When i try open it through vestige it doesn't open, apparently because it has to be a .dll file. How do I fix this?

'Unfortunately, lmms cannot yet use vst3. In windows You need Element by kushview for windows as a bridge in windows.

The exe is an installer that you have to run. It will install the plugin which THEN you can load through a bridge.
