Have you heard of Element?
It's a vst that can be loaded into Vestige and it runs VST3;
I haven't experimented with it much as I have been battling with Win 10's lousy midi implimentation, but it does load vst 3's as described on the label.
Might be useful for some of the more modern vst's and the odd stray that doesn't load otherwise.
